I had the Specialized on the left and John had the Surly. The Specialized had Hobbs pepperoni, house made sauage, tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil. The Surly was Hog Island clams, tomato sauce, garlic, soppressa, peccorino, parsley and Calabrian chilli.
I loved them both, the clams on the Surly were slightly sweet which offset the heat of the chilli very nicely. The Specialized was just a really great pepperoni pizza.
It was interesting that some of the pizzas were named after bicycle firms, Trek, Cannondale and Specialized.
