Dinner at Zuni Cafe

La Quercia proscuitto americano with Honey Kist netarines, watercress and toasted almonds.

Ramps and fiddlehead ferns a la plancha with mustard blossums and Paul's romesco sauce.

Chicken roasted in the brick oven, warm bread salad with scallions, mustard greens, dried currants and pine nuts.

Chicken after.

Blue cheese with honeycomb.

Buckwheat pancakes with Meyer lemon cream and blueberry compote.
