Thing the second.

My first thing for today suffered from being too complex and needing some more parts and some more thought.

So I continued down the page from yesterday and did Gin infused pears.

Here is the lovely looking pear, Daisy Girl. She is organic and local.


Halfway done, the pear slices went translucent after being infused by the gin.

Taste result : Delicious. The sweetness of the pear work very well with the bitterness of the gin. I am thinking of making a series of different ones for the next BBQ that I'm invited to.
